The Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women.
The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.

- If you have a group of 8 to twelve women ages 12 and older, please contact BPD to discuss hosting a R.A.D. class.

The course is designed for the average woman with no previous experience or background in physical skills training.
To date, over 250,000 women have attended R.A.D. Physical Defense Program in the United States. Courses are taught by nationally-certified R.A.D. instructors.
R.A.D. is not a martial arts program.
