The Rotary Park Picnic Shelter sits within easy reach of the park's other features. The park has four sand volleyball courts, two baseball diamonds and plenty of open space. Burlington's architecturally designed Skate Park can also be found at Rotary and is one of the best in the region.
Rotary Park's Picnic Shelter is available for public use from 8:00am until Sunset on a first come first served basis at no cost. The Shelter is not available for reservation.
- Six picnic tables sit under the Rotary Park shelter.
- Electricity is not available at the Shelter. Water is available during spring & summer from a spigot at the shelter.
- Personal BBQs which use charcoal or propane for fuel can be brought from home. Large BBQs like those used for commercial operations are not allowed without special permit from the Burlington Fire Marshal.
