The Burlington Public Library invites you to participate in our Spooktacular Pumpkin Patch Extravaganza Contest! Let your creativity run wild by carving/decorating a pumpkin inspired by your favorite book or movie character. This program is open to all ages! 

Spooktacular Pumpkin Patch Extravaganza Contest Rules:

1. Pumpkins should be themed to match your favorite book or movie.
2. Complete the official entry form to enter, either by filling out the online form or by picking up a entry sheet located on the table at the library's front door.
3. Entries must be uploaded or delivered to the Burlington Public Library by Thursday, October 29th by noon.
4. Judging will take place on the Burlington Public Library Facebook page or over the phone (360-755-0760) and will be open starting at noon October 29th and closes noon, November 3rd. Simply like the photo of the pumpkin that you think is the most spooktacluar! There will be a 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prize awarded.
5. Participants must pick up their entries by 3:00pm on November 3rd, entries that are not collected by their creator will be discarded by the library.
6. Entries must be family friendly. The library reserves the right to reject any entries which are deemed to be inappropriate or offensive.
7. By entering this contest, the creator of the pumpkin is giving Burlington Public Library permission to photograph and publish information on the creation and its creator on, but not limited to, the library’s website, social media platforms, library publications, and other community publications of the library’s choosing.
