Festivities begin with a tour inside the historic Carnegie Library building from noon to 12:45pm. The Carnegie Library is located in historic downtown Burlington at 901 E. Fairhaven Ave.
Immediately following the tour, the festivities move to the current 2007 Burlington Public Library, one block south of Fairhaven, at 820 Washington Ave for the opening of the time capsule and a program.
