This free event is for families and children ages three and up (younger siblings are welcome). We will provide crafts, snacks, games, and prizes all while counting down to our noon year balloon drop! This event is open to the public; a library card is not required to attend. Saturday, December 31. 11:00 a.m. to Noon.
