Berry Dairy Days Friday Night Concert and Fireworks
Each summer on the third weekend in June, Burlington hosts the ultimate celebration: Berry Dairy Days! Kicking off the weekend is a Friday Night Fireworks Show with Food Trucks and Live Music at Skagit River Park. This is a fantastic family event each summer with activities all weekend long.
Berry Dairy Days Lawn Mower Races
Lawn Mower Races are back in Burlington! Get your mowers runnin’ and meet us on the speedway (across from Rotary Park) on Saturday, June 17. This community event will be epic, so come join in the fun! Find more information here, including how to register, and Rules & Regulations for racing.
Touch-A-Truck
Got a BIG RIG? Share it with the community at our upcoming Touch-A-Truck event. We are looking for volunteers to share their public service, emergency, utility, construction, landscaping, transportation, and delivery rigs with the kids and their parents. Your vehicle provides the chance for kids of all ages to see, touch, and explore trucks of all shapes and sizes. Come and join the fun! Register here. Touch-A-Truck is a FREE event for the community!
Skyhawks Sports Camps and Challenger Camps
Kids can try out various sports camps each week during summer with our Skyhawks Sports Camps that are offered at various times and locations throughout Burlington Parks. Challenger Soccer Camps bring an opportunity to further your child's soccer skills with coaches from abroad.
Summer Nights Concerts
The perfect Friday nights during the summer are spent in Downtown Burlington! Join us at the Burlington Visitor Center Amphitheater on Friday nights during July and August. This totally FREE concert series is a great way to relax as you head into the weekend. Enjoy live music and grab a bite to eat at some of our fantastic restaurants downtown.
Join us for Burlington's two-day harvest festival during the last weekend in September. Held at Skagit River Park in Burlington, this community event is FREE and open to the public. Some of our the festival highlights include PupKin 5k Fun Run, Pumpkin Painting, a Maker's Market, Food Vendors, and Zucchini Cars! B'town Fall Fest is where you'll find free family fun for the whole community.
Skagit County Veterans Day Parade and Heritage Plane Flyover
Each November, the City of Burlington hosts the Skagit Country Veterans Day Parade and Heritage Plane Flyover. This community event honors Veterans and their families with events throughout the day. A Pancake Breakfast, Military Display, Parade, Heritage Plane Flyover, and Soup and Sandwich Luncheon are some of the highlights of the day.
