June 15-17 (Friday-Sunday)
Northwest United FC returns to host their annual youth soccer tournament, the Skagit Firecracker, this weekend at Skagit River Park in Burlington.
•The youth soccer tournament will draw approximately 248 teams this year with an estimated 10,000 participants & spectators.
•Games begin on Friday afternoon, June 14 at 6PM.
•Saturday's games will run 9AM-9PM; Sunday's 9AM-6PM.
Burlington's 81st annual Berry Dairy Days Festival will also take place this coming weekend, June 15-17. Skagit River Park hosts the festival's "Friday Night Fireworks Show" on the 15th and its Free Movie Night on Saturday the 16th with a showing of "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle". The Fireworks Show is expected to draw an additional crowd of 3000 spectators.
