We're half way through 2017!  Hard to believe.  It seems this would be a good time to touch base with an updated calendar of events for the Skagit River Park Playfields.

Tournament Schedule

Burlington businesses and residents will want to make special note of the Rush Cup youth soccer tournament taking place August 4-6.  This tournament is expected to draw an estimated 9000-11,000 visitors to Burlington.

You'll notice that among the events taking place at Skagit River Park are two festivals sponsored by the City of Burlington:

Quidditch Fest
Saturday, July 22  10:00AM - 4:00PM

Play a game of Quidditch with the pros! Take a walk down Diagon Alley, grab some grub and immerse yourself in the world of Harry Potter. Estimated attendance is 2000.

Harvest Festival & Pumpkin Pitch
Saturday, September 30  10:00AM - 2:00PM
It's a "smashing" great time!  Watch man-made trebuchets hurl pumpkins up to 1000 feet through the air, visit the Touch-a-Truck area, pumpkin painting, pony rides, zucchini car racing and more!  Attendance varies greatly with the weather, estimated at 4000-6000.
