B-E Girls Winter Basketball
Last Chance to Join! Register by January 9

All 5th and 6th grade girls in the Burlington-Edison School District and ICRS are welcome to join us for Girls Winter Basketball. This recreation league focuses on teaching the fundamentals of basketball. No experience? No problem! Please encourage the 5th and 6th grade girls in your life to give it a try. They may just find a new favorite sport! This fun, six-game season begins the week of January 16 and you must register online by January 9. 

Duck Decoy Carving & Painting Series

Ten Week Series Begins on January 25 

Looking for a fun winter hobby to enjoy? Why not try your hand at Duck Decoy Carving & Painting? Kurt Benson with the Washington Brant Foundation is teaching a ten week series beginning on Wednesday, January 25. Classes are held on Wednesdays from 4-6pm for ten consecutive weeks. If you're interested in wildlife, conservation, painting, or carving, this class is for you. Open to youth and adults, this is a fantastic multi-generational hobby. Additional details and registration information can be found right here.

Get the most out of your DSLR Camera by learning from the best - Andy Porter will be offering Beginner and Intermediate Classes here in Burlington at Maiben House at various days and times over the next few months. If you're interested in learning about lenses, focal lengths, shutter speed usage, aperture, ISO and exposure... you've come to the right place! Check out the classes and choose the one that fits your needs. 

Daddy Daughter Skate Night
Join us at the Rink on Sunday, February 5, 5:30-7:30pm
 

Dads and Daughters, this event is for you!! Our second annual Daddy Daughter Skate Night is happening next month at Skagit Skate. We sold out last year, and anticipate the same again for 2023. Join us for a fantastic night of father-daughter bonding and enjoy skating, glow sticks, awesome music, a sweet treat, goodie bags, and FREE entry into our hourly raffles! Registration is in advance only. The price is $25 per couple, and $10 for each additional daughter. If you're looking for a rollin' good time, you'll definitely want to register soon!
