Christmas at the Station: Annual Tree Lighting
Downtown Burlington TONIGHT December 1, 6-8pm
Put on some layers and gather your neighbors! Join us tonight at Alpha Park at 6pm for a festive, wintry night downtown. The Burlington Chamber of Commerce invites you to join in for Christmas at the Station. The annual tree lighting event is back in full swing with cookies and cocoa, kids' activities, and the return of Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
Winter Wonderland at the Children's Museum
FREE Winter Fun in Burlington THIS Weekend
The Children's Museum of Skagit County and the City of Burlington are gearing up for Winter Wonderland. This event is entirely FREE to the public. There will be indoor and outdoor fun for kids, families, teens and adults. Join in the festivities at the following times:
Friday, December 2: 12pm to 4pm
Saturday, December 3: 10am to 4pm
Sunday, December 4: 10am to 4pm
Beginner DSLR Photography Class
Take Better Pictures. Tuesday, December 6 from 6-8pm
The skills you'll gain in our upcoming Beginner Photography Class with Andy Porter will help you sharpen the use of your DSLR and capture the winter season.
Register in advance for the final class offered in 2022. The class will take place on Tuesday, December 6 from 6-8pm at Maiben House in Burlington.
Parks and Recreation Office Closures
Half-day Closures will take place on 12/5 and 12/12
As we take time to plan for the coming year, the Parks and Recreation Office will be closed to the public this upcoming Monday, 12/5 and again on 12/12 from 11:30am-5pm. The office will remain open both days from 8am-11:30am.
