Focus on YOUR personal best and working towards fitness improvement... Just you, your instructor, and fellow classmates with the same goal--GET HEALTHY.

New Session begins May 10. Strength & core training, body weight exercises, plyometrics, HIIT intervals, cardio conditioning, and circuits help you shake it up.

Fee:            Drop in = $10/class
                    8-class "punch card"
                           = $64 ($8/class)
                    16-class "punch card"
                           = $112 ($7/class)
