The Sports Fitness 6 Week Series is perfect for the amateur golfer (or any sport enthusiast) looking to get a jump start on their upcoming spring season. Youth rates too.

Sports Fitness 6-Week Series

Mondays (5-6pm)
February 1 - March 7 (6 weeks)
Fee: Ages 16-18, $30 per student
        Ages 19 & Up, $48 per person

Description: Using equipment and body strength, you’ll become stronger, more flexible, and have better endurance. Classes focus on increasing strength, power and flexibility, balance and core stability, awareness of your body during play, and overall increased general wellness. Each class will touch on a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Plyometric, Dynamic Stretching and Strengthening Exercises.
