There will be a City of Burlington Council Workshop held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Council Chambers at Burlington City Hall, 833 S. Spruce Street, Burlington, WA. The public is invited to attend in-person. The topic will be: the 2023 Budget. Additionally, during this Council workshop, a closed session will be conducted to consider collective bargaining contract negotiations pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(a).
