Patrons who do not qualify for a free Burlington Public Library card may apply for a Digital Library card, or check out books from our STAR Reader collection by completing a brief form. The collection consists of adult, teen, and children’s books (from board books for babies to chapter books for older readers) which have been donated to the library. The Burlington Public Library wants to make sure everyone develops a lifelong love of reading, regardless of whether or not they live within city limits.
