Reciprocal Borrowing Cards
To expand services throughout Skagit County, we now have reciprocal borrowing agreements in place to allow resident users to obtain cards in these other libraries.

If you live between Sedro Woolley and Burlington in the Central Library District, there is not yet a reciprocal agreement in place. But please check to the Central Skagit Library District to see if you might qualify for a library card there.

Resident users include all patrons who qualify to get a Burlington Public Library card without paying a non-resident fee.
