What is an infraction?
A violation of traffic rules of the road, including, but not limited to such charges as:
  • Defective equipment
  • Failure to provide proof of insurance
  • Failure to stop at a stop light or stop sign
  • Failure to yield to an emergency vehicle
  • Failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk
  • Improper lane usage
  • Improper passing
  • Improper turn
  • No motorcycle endorsement when driving a motorcycle
