Sports Fitness 6-Week Series
February 1 - March 7 (6 weeks)
Fee: Ages 16-18, $30 per student
Ages 19 & Up, $48 per person
Description: Using equipment and body strength, you’ll become stronger, more flexible, and have better endurance. Classes focus on increasing strength, power and flexibility, balance and core stability, awareness of your body during play, and overall increased general wellness. Each class will touch on a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Plyometric, Dynamic Stretching and Strengthening Exercises.
