Kundalini Yoga with Kristi

Kundalini incorporates exercises, dynamic breathing techniques, chanting, meditation and mantras. Each exercise set, referred to as a kriya, is a repeated movement synchronized with the breath. Instructor: Kristine Allen, Be Free Center

Kristi's kundalini classes with Burlington Parks & Recreation are taught in a series, each with a themed focus. Each class also can be attended as a single class because they are designed for overall benefit as well. Class minimums must be met for the series to run, so please register ahead of time to help ensure class attendance.

All Kundalini Yoga classes include a live Gong Bath each week. These Gong Baths are a profound way to balance your energy, quiet the mind and relax your entire system.

Back and Core Strength

Develop a stronger, flexible, and more balanced core and back in this focused 3-week series. Wednesdays June 6-20

Balance the Chakras
Focus on the 7 chakras and aura or energy fields in this 8-week series. These chakras keep the body in balance.

Women's Full Moon Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath
June's full moon is a Strawberry Moon and Sun Moon. Come and join as we connect in community with women to support one another and create space for our dreams, our Purpose, and increase our energy. We will connect with our intention, stretch our bodies, feel out wholeness, and deeply relax to the sounds of the Sacred Gong and crystal bowl.

New Moon Sound Healing and Double Gong
The new moon is a perfect time to prepare for things to come, to renew and create space inside for anew cycle to begin. Begin with gentle yoga (beginner level) and breathe to open and relax our bodies. Guided relaxation follows with a sound bath of Double Gong, singing bowls, and ocean drum.

Instructor Kristi Allen is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and has been practicing yoga for 25 years. She is cofounder of the Be Free Center and loves to support people in discovering their true nature.
